When Alesya told us she is into weight lifting we felt a bit nervous. "Don't worry" she laughed. "I am not some kind of gym monster. It's just a great way to keep in shape." We've got to agree with that. When she is not at the studio she concentrates on getting her body perfectly formed. "I'm not going for anything extreme. It's all about balance" she says.
